　　大庆市现有生物经济企业30户，其中规上工业企业13户，2020年实现主营业务收入20亿元，2021年预计主营业务收入67亿元，2022年建设生物经济项目17个，总投资62亿元。现有企业和项目中，伊品生物、圣泉精炼一体化、格林赫思生物医药等规模较大，华理微生物驱油剂生产较有特色。

　　There are 30 bio-economy enterprises in Daqing, including 13 industrial enterprises on the scale, which will achieve a main business income of 2 billion yuan in 2020 and an estimated main business income of 6.7 billion yuan in 2021. 17 bio-economy projects will be built in 2022, with a total investment of 6.2 billion yuan. Among the existing enterprises and projects, Ipin Bio, Shengquan Refining Integration, Greenhurst Biomedical are larger, and Huali Microbial Oil Repellent Production are more distinctive.

　　大庆是国家重要的中药材生产基地，全市有野生药材资源保护区23处，区域内分布有柴胡、防风、黄芩、黄芪、桔梗、龙胆草等300余种野生中药材，其中道地药材20余种，板蓝根产量居全国第二;共有陆生野生动物309种，养殖畜种26种，农业秸秆可收集量436万吨，可利用畜禽粪便1300万吨;大庆石化产业生产160余种基础性化工原料，可用于生产包括生物化学药(如抗生素、激素和维生素)的萃取剂、农药、抗真菌消毒药剂等医药产品和中间体。

The Daqing petrochemical industry produces more than 160 kinds of basic chemical raw materials, which can be used to produce pharmaceutical products and intermediates, including biochemical drugs (such as antibiotics, hormones and vitamins), pesticides, antifungal disinfectant agents, etc.

　　省生物经济“十四五”规划中明确提出支持大庆市延伸发展生物基材料产业链，打造生物基材料产业创新发展基地，以现有伊品、圣泉等生物基材料生产企业为基础，大力发展生物制造产业，具备一定的发展潜力。

　　八一农垦大学、东北石油大学和哈尔滨医科大学大庆校区有成熟的生物技术科研和教学体系，黑龙江省科学院大庆分院、黑龙江省农科院大庆分院2家省级科研院所和国家级杂粮工程技术研究中心，具有生物科技研发能力。拥有生物领域省级重点实验室、企业技术中心等创新平台15个。

　　全市共授权生物领域专利1000件左右。大庆油田微生物采油技术，获得授权专利18项，有效提高了原油采收率。八一农垦大学创新研发的植物疫苗，抗病减药功效全国领先。肇州格林赫思公司硫酸庆大霉素原料药，各项技术指标处于国内先进水平。

　　依托我市产业基础，核心发展以生物基材料为主的生物制造产业;发挥我市农业资源和中药材种植优势，重点发展生物农业、生物医药和生物能源产业;以市场需求和产业发展为导向，培育发展生物医学工程和生物环保产业。到“十四五”末期，生物经济总规模力争达到500亿元。培育形成2家以上具有行业竞争力的龙头企业和知名品牌，壮大30家存量生物经济骨干企业规模，实施一批重大产业项目(其中今年在建17个)，招商引进60家目标企业，新增生物经济重点实验室、产业创新中心、技术创新中心、工程研究中心、企业技术中心等国家级和省级创新平台10个以上，引进生物经济高层次、高学历领军人才20名以上。
