1. Status of development
2021年大庆油田古龙页岩油勘探取得重大战略性突破,新增石油预测地质储量12.68亿吨,将成为大庆百年油田建设的重要战略资源,对大庆油田可持续发展具有里程碑式意义。2021年全市新能源电源发电量约48.22亿度、占全市总发电量比重约27.59%,已超出2021年国家下达全省可再生能源非水电消纳责任权重最低值20%和激励值22%。

①风力发电
截至目前,已建成规模195.65万千瓦、占比约30.81%,其中,2018年以前省里核准风电172.65万千瓦,我市申报并已纳入2020年国家平价项目名单的风电项目10万千瓦,分散式风电项目13万千瓦;在建规模72.9万千瓦,其中,我市申报并已纳入2020年国家平价项目名单的风电项目70万千瓦和分散式风电项目2.9万千瓦。
①Wind power generation
Up to now, the scale of 1,956,500 kilowatts has been completed, accounting for about 30.81%, of which 1,726,500 kilowatts of wind power was approved by the province before 2018, 100,000 kilowatts of wind power projects declared by the city and included in the 2020 national parity project list and 130,000 kilowatts of decentralized wind power projects; the scale under construction is 729,000 kilowatts, of which the city declared and included in the 2020 700,000 kilowatts of wind power projects and 29,000 kilowatts of decentralized wind power projects on the national parity project list.
②光伏发电
截至目前,已建成规模约133.79万千瓦、占比约21%,其中,2018年以前在省里中标项目72万千瓦,国家、省光伏扶贫计划1.79万千瓦,我市申报并已纳入2020年国家平价项目名单的光伏项目30万千瓦,国家光伏、储能实证实验平台(大庆基地)一期工程20万千瓦、林甸县自主争取的晶盛光伏10万千瓦;在建规模45万千瓦,其中,我市申报并已纳入2020年国家平价项目名单的光伏发电项目10万千瓦、国家光伏、储能实证实验平台(大庆基地)二期工程15万千瓦及林甸光伏复合项目20万千瓦。
②Photovoltaic power generation

③生物质能开发利用
生物质发电项目已建成规模为肇源庆翔生物质热电联产8万千瓦;农林生物质及垃圾发电项目在建规模6万千瓦,其中,林甸县华邦公司3万千瓦项目、城控电力生活垃圾焚烧发电项目3万千瓦。
③Bio-mass energy development and utilization
Biomass power generation projects have been completed for the scale of Zhao Yuan Qingxiang biomass cogeneration 80,000 kilowatts; agricultural and forestry biomass and waste power projects under construction scale of 60,000 kilowatts, of which, Lindian County Huabang company 30,000 kilowatts project, city control power domestic waste incineration power generation project 30,000 kilowatts.
④地热能开发利用
全市共有地热井106眼,主要用于供暖、温泉洗浴、种植养殖等领域,其中:已开发利用62眼,分布在林甸县、杜蒙县、高新区、龙凤区、萨尔图区。

2、光照充足

年日照时数在2600—2842小时之间,总辐射量在4800—5000兆焦/平方米之间,年平均温度较低,有利于提高光伏组件的效率,适合建设各类型光伏电站。

3、风资源丰富

年有效风速持续时间长,90米轮毂高度年平均风速为7.3米/秒,风电年利用小时数达到4000小时。

4、地热资源埋层较浅
4. The geothermal resources buried layer is shallow
大庆是国内罕见的大规模地热富集区之一;地热田面积达183平方公里,地热水静态储量达5000亿立方米,折合标准煤35亿吨;地热水层深度普遍在2千米以内,出口水温在50℃-60℃之间,为浅层中低温地热水;地热水水质优良,含有锌、硒、钙等20多种对人体有益的微量元素。
Daqing is one of the rare large-scale geothermal enrichment areas in China. the geothermal field covers an area of 183 square kilometers, and the static storage capacity of geothermal water reaches 500 billion cubic meters, equivalent to 3.5 billion tons of standard coal; the depth of geothermal water layer is generally within 2 kilometers, and the outlet water temperature is between 50℃-60℃, which is shallow low and medium temperature geothermal water; the quality of geothermal water is excellent, containing more than 20 kinds of trace elements beneficial to human body, such as zinc, selenium and calcium .
5、发展方向

立足建设百年油田,推动多种能源组合开发,实现综合应用,把大庆可再生能源示范区建设成为百年油田(大庆)转型发展的重要接续产业。推动多能互补、促进本地消纳,打造可再生能源综合应用示范区;推动地企合作、扩大装机规模,打造能源资源型城市转型发展示范区;提高发电效率、降低运维成本,打造新能源低价上网先行区;深化体制改革、构筑要素洼地,打造新能源发展模式创新实验区;壮大产业市场、延伸产业链条,建设光伏全产业链示范基地;聚焦技术创新、搭建研发平台,建设国家光伏发电系统实证实验平台和新技术综合应用示范基地。近期目标到2025年,“十四五”期间打造千万千瓦级新能源基地,系统性规划新增1000万千瓦风电、光伏规模;远期目标到2060年,新能源装机达到5000万千瓦以上。

Build a demonstration base for the whole PV industry chain; focus on technological innovation, build a R&D platform, and build a national experimental platform for PV power generation system and a demonstration base for comprehensive application of new technologies. The near-term goal is to build a 10-megawatt new energy base during the 14th Five-Year Plan by 2025, and systematically plan to add 10 million kilowatts of wind power and photovoltaic scale; the long-term goal is to reach 50 million kilowatts of new energy installed capacity by 2060.
