　　1、发展现状

　　1. Status of development

　　大庆粮食、畜牧、果蔬、水产等农牧产品量大质优、原料丰富，目前全市规上食品加工企业发展到171家，具备年加工200万吨玉米、200万吨水稻、20万头肉牛、400万头生猪、240万吨乳制品的能力。今后一个时期，将以建好“第一车间”、引入龙头项目、挖潜存量企业、提升品牌效应为抓手，做大做强四条优势产业链，力争到2025年实现销售收入1000亿元。

　　Daqing has a large quantity of grain, animal husbandry, fruits and vegetables, aquatic products and other agricultural and animal husbandry products with high quality and abundant raw materials. At present, there are 171 food processing enterprises in this city, with the annual processing capacity of 2 million tons of corn, 2 million tons of rice, 200,000 head of beef cattle, 4 million head of pigs and 2.4 million tons of dairy products. In the next period, Daqing will focus on building the “first workshop”, introducing leading projects, tapping potential stock enterprises and enhancing brand effect as the starting point, expand and strengthen the four industrial chains with advantages, and strive to achieve sales revenue of 100 billion yuan by 2025.

　　大庆地处北纬45度世界公认的黄金玉米带和优质奶牛带，主要区域处于第一积温带，全市现有耕地1149万亩，草原597万亩，可养鱼水面面积300万亩，是国家重要的商品粮、畜产品、水产品和绿色食品生产基地。2015年，大庆被农业部确定为国家级现代农业示范区，成为黑龙江省唯一一个全市整体申报成功的地级市。2021年，全市“有机、绿色”基地面积达到305万亩，建成国家级绿色食品标准化示范基地5处、国家级农业科技园区1处。

　　Daqing is located in the world’s recognized golden corn belt and high-quality dairy cattle belt at 45 degrees north latitude，mainly in the first temperate zone. Currently, the city has 1.89 million acres of arable land, 983479 acres of grassland, and 494211 acres of water surface area for fish cultivation. It is an important national production base for commodity grain, livestock products, aquatic products and green food. In 2015, Daqing was identified by the Ministry of Agriculture as a national modern agriculture demonstration zone, becoming the only prefecture-level city in Heilongjiang Province that has successfully applied for the whole city. In 2021, the city’s “organic and green” bases will cover an area of 535394 acres, and five national-level green food standardization demonstration bases and one national-level agricultural science and technology park were built.

　　粮食方面：2021年，玉米种植面积744万亩、产量71.5亿斤，水稻种植面积168.4亩、产量16.2亿斤，大豆种植面积96万亩、产量2.4亿斤，是全国粮食生产先进单位，所辖四县均为全国产粮大县，现拥有肇源大米、杜蒙大米、林甸红小豆、大同小米、肇源小米、肇州糯玉米等多个特色优质农产品。

Now has Zhaoyuan rice, Dumeng rice, Lindian adzuki beans, Datong millet, Zhaoyuan millet, Zhaozhou waxy corn and other features of high-quality agricultural products.

　　畜牧水产方面：2021年，大庆奶牛存栏量24.1万头、生猪饲养量332万头(出栏量210万头)、肉牛饲养量79万头(出栏量42万头)、禽类饲养量4589万头只(出栏量2741万头只);肉蛋奶总产量143.5万吨，其中牛奶产量达到94.5万吨，是全国牛奶生产强市。全市已利用水域水产养殖面积209万亩，水产品总产量15.19万吨，河蟹、银鱼特色养殖国内领先，杜蒙县被誉为“中国大银鱼第一县”，连环湖冬捕成为龙江渔猎文化品牌代表。

　　Animal husbandry and aquatic products：In 2021, Daqing had 241,000 dairy cattle, 3.32 million pigs (2.1 million units sold), 790 thousand beef cattle (420 thousand units sold)and 45.89 million poultry (27.41 million units sold). The total output of meat, egg and milk is 1.435 million tons, among which the milk output reaches 945 million tons, making it a strong city of milk production in China. The aquaculture area of the city has been 2.09 million acres, and the total output of aquatic products is 151,900 tons. The special aquaculture of river crab and whitebait is leading in China. Dumeng County is known as “the first county of big whitebait in China”, and Lianhuan Lake Winter Catch has become the representative of Longjiang's fishing and hunting culture brand.

　　中药材方面：2021年，全市中药材种植面积18.5万亩、产量3万吨、产值约4亿元，其中种植面积最大的板蓝根，达到10万亩，其它种植面积较大的有月见草3.5万亩、关防风2.4万亩;建成种子种苗繁育基地13个，面积达到5000亩。

　　Chinese medicinal materials：In 2021, the planting area of Chinese medicinal materials in the city was 30476 acres, the output was 30,000 tons, and the output value was about 400 million yuan. Among them, the largest planting area of Isatis indigotica will reach 16473 acres, the other large planting areas are 5765 acres of Oenothera biennis and 3953 acres of Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root;13 seed and seedling breeding bases have been built, covering an area of 823 acres.

　　4、精深加工体系完备

　　目前，全市80%以上的食品加工规模企业入驻肇州、肇源、杜尔伯特、林甸、大同等县区食品加工园区。2021年，全市县域食品加工园区共入驻企业298个(规上120个)，营业收入实现408亿元。

　　加快推进伊品玉米深加工二期、圣泉生物质精炼一体化等重大项目建设，南部县区规划布局一个玉米深加工项目，发展氨基酸、糠醛、尼龙盐、发酵衍生物等系列产品。

　　Accelerate the construction of major projects such as Yipin Corn Deep Processing Phase II and Shengquan Biomass Refining Integration. The southern counties and districts plan to arrange a corn deep processing project to develop amino acid, furfural, nylon salt, fermentation derivatives and other products.

　　发挥核心奶源区域优势，支持伊利、蒙牛、惠丰等龙头乳品加工企业扩规模、上产能，持续加大现代标准化大型奶牛牧场建设，打造优质高端乳品生产基地。

　　依托金锣、禾丰、一口猪、皓月、鑫庆吉等畜禽屠宰加工龙头企业，引入战略合作投资者，大力扶持肉食品产加销一体化经营企业发展。

　　推进弘正大豆、金锣食品、松嫩生物、九阳豆业、吉禾食品等豆类食品加工企业扩规模、上产能，发展大豆分离蛋白、特色豆浆粉、豆奶粉等系列产品。
