　　大庆拥有丰富的润滑油基础油、合成纤维、合成树脂、合成橡胶、碳四、碳五等原料资源，可以为高分子材料、精细化工下游延伸加工提供原料支撑。

　　化工新材料产业：依托石化千万吨炼油项目新增原料，主攻产业链下游，聚焦面向下游行业应用的精细化、功能化、专用化高端产品，重点发展高性能纤维及复合材料、工程塑料、合成橡胶、涂料等产业领域，打造高附加值和竞争力的化工新材料和工程新材料产业集群。高性能纤维及复合材料重点发展PBO纤维、碳纤维复合材料、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维、玄武岩纤维及下游制品;工程塑料重点发展聚碳酸酯(PC)、改性聚苯醚(MPPE)等产品;合成橡胶重点发展丁基橡胶、丁腈橡胶、稀土顺丁橡胶、反式异戊橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶及下游工业用输送带等产品;涂料重点发展重防腐粉末涂料、高档内外墙建筑涂料等产品。

　　无机非金属材料产业：依托砷化镓集成电路产业园建设，重点扶持佳昌晶能、溢泰半导体等企业，扩大现有领域生产规模，延伸拓展产业链，向下游光电子、微电子核心产品发展，重点发展光电砷化镓、微电砷化镓、蓝宝石材料、LED等相关产业，培育壮大新型半导体材料产业集群。砷化镓材料重点发展4英寸以上砷化镓衬底、高速集成电路芯片等产品。
