　　汽车装备产业是大庆资源型城市转型发展的重要支柱产业，已初步形成了整车生产、零部件配套、后市场服务的发展格局，随着沃尔沃项目增型上产，整车产量已累计突破30万辆，吸引集聚了安道拓座椅、延锋彼欧保险杠等一大批配套企业，建设了东北地区最大的集汽修汽配、汽车展览、汽车影院、赛车竞技、二手车交易等于一体的汽车小镇项目，形成了相对完整的汽车装备产业链条。

　　大庆市汽车装备产业起步较晚，但近年来随着沃尔沃项目的投产已进入快速发展阶段，现拥有沃尔沃汽车、大庆油田汽车改装厂、延锋安道拓、安翔汽车等多家规上企业，具备年产高档乘用车15万辆、各类型改装车2000台套、汽车座椅及汽车保险杠20万套、轮胎轮毂装配100万条的生产能力。全市现有机械加工、电子电器、材料、成套设备等规模以上装备制造企业100余家，可为汽车装备产业提供配套支持。具备较好的化工、机械加工等产业基础，可为车用塑料件、车用化学品、铝镁合金汽车材料、车用铸造件等汽车零部件的发展提供原料保障。

　　东北石油大学已与比利时根特大学和鲁汶大学就汽车装备产业高级人才培养展开深入合作，大庆职业学院与沃尔沃联合成立了沃尔沃学院，为大庆汽车装备产业定向培养专业技术人才。全市大学生、技校生中，汽车相关专业每年毕业生约5000人，可为汽车装备产业发展提供人才保障。

　　大庆总体规划约757公顷的汽车装备产业集聚区。主要包括三个部分：一是汽车装备产业园区，占地293公顷，以大庆沃尔沃汽车为核心，规划了整车、零部件、后市场服务、办公及孵化、商住等5个功能分区，现已实现“七通一平”，能够满足园区企业生产和项目建设需要。二是新能源汽车及物流园区，占地224公顷，主要发展新能源汽车整车及“三电”、充电设施、储能系统等核心零部件，以及汽车物流集散等后市场服务业态。三是汽车零部件及特种车制造园区，占地240公顷，是已建成的成熟园区，配套功能齐全，现有近30万平方米厂房、场地可供使用，主要发展汽车零部件、特种车、汽车物流集散、保税等业务。

　　未来一个时期，大庆将在全力支持沃尔沃增型上量的基础上，以做大做强产业链中游、延伸辐射产业链上下游为主攻方向，实施引建龙头企业项目、提升园区承载能力、加强产业配套协作、强化人才培养体系四大工程，规模发展汽车装备产业，力争到2025年产值达到2000亿元，建成中国北方高端汽车制造基地和中国高寒地区新能源汽车示范基地。
